Deliveries and returns

Free delivery is offered via Mondial Relay for orders over 100 euros and via DPD for orders over 150 euros (in mainland France and Europe).

  • DPD predict - €7.90: 1 to 2 working days after dispatch (Metropolitan France - estimated delivery times).

  • Mondial Relay - €4.50: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch (only valid in mainland France - estimated delivery times). The collection point is selected after payment confirmation.

  • Chronopost - €10: 24 hours after dispatch (valid for any order placed before 12pm from Monday to Thursday in mainland France)

⚠️ Personalized products: shipping time may be extended by 3 to 4 days

⚠️ Delivery to countries subject to customs fees: In accordance with international customs regulations, customs fees are the responsibility of the end customer (recipient). Unfortunately, we cannot know the exact amount of these fees in advance, as it depends on several factors (order value, customs regulations of the destination country, other applicable taxes and import duties). In case of refusal of the package, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

You have 30 days to return your items from the date of your order (excluding personalized products, returns of which are not accepted).

Important : Products must be returned to us with the label , in suitable packaging , accompanied by the delivery note or a blank sheet of paper with your name and order number if you no longer have it.

Any product showing signs of use, washing, or stains will not be accepted and will be automatically returned to you. Any return with a removed label will not be accepted.

2 return options:

  • If you would like a credit note or an exchange , returns are free . Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a gift card by email for the value of the product. (Valid only in France, limited to one return per order and/or per person, and for products over €35). This gift card is valid for 6 months.

  • If you would like a refund , please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility . After verification, we will process the refund for the items via the original payment method within a maximum of 10 days. The initial shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.

Special situations:

  • If you received a special offer (gift or free product) , the return will only be processed if it includes the gift or free product. Otherwise, its value (retail price) will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to refusal or failure to collect from the relay point, the refund will be made with a deduction of a flat return shipping fee of €5 .

  • In the event that you ultimately wish for a refund instead of a credit note, even though you benefited from a free return, a flat fee of €5 corresponding to the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Any purchase made with a gift card will be refunded exclusively to that card. Shopify does not allow refunds to any other payment method.

  • For all returns from abroad (outside mainland France), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , even in the case of an exchange or a new order.

  • Since the packs are discounted items, they must be returned in full if a credit note or refund is requested.

  • Items from the " Archives " operation are offered at low prices and are not eligible for return or exchange .

In case of damage or missing package, it is imperative that the customer make specific reservations to the carrier (on the proof of delivery or directly to the relay).
Without these reservations, no claim can be accepted , even if the following documents are submitted:

  • Photo of the package (interior and exterior)

  • Photo of the label affixed to the package

  • Photo of the merchandise

  • Sales invoice

Any dispute request must be made within a maximum of 72 hours of receiving the goods . After this period, the dispute will not be considered.

Our workshops in Marseille and Portugal do everything possible to produce quality products with meticulous finishes.

They are still fabric products that need to be cared for (no prolonged exposure to the sun/seawater or pool water/chemicals...)

Our bags and accessories are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase . To benefit from this guarantee, simply send us photos along with your contact details by email to: sav@blondeetbruneenlayette.com

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the product, negligence, accident, failure to comply with maintenance instructions, misuse or objectively inappropriate use of the product are excluded from the bebel warranty.

We will ensure that your items are returned to you within a maximum of 3 weeks (August is not included in this timeframe due to the summer closure of the workshop).

If your items are no longer under warranty, you can still send us an email, and we will contact our workshops to see to what extent we can repair the items and at what price you will be charged.
